A little mashup of Florence Hendorson using the excellent Obamicon.me: obamiconme.pastemagazine.com/

You see, Florence just recently started a tech support service: Floh Club: flohclub.com/

I spent about half an hour thinking of witticisms to describe the thing and my best efforts include:

1) The first rule of Floh Club is tell everyone you know about Floh Club.

(I have a few more in this vein, but all Fight Club references eventually devolve into quoting Monty Python's Bruces sketch: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruces_sketch)

2) A couple of lame "Hair Club For Men" jokes

3) A very NSFW question: if I contacted Floh Club regarding pr0n, would Florence recommend the usage of Wesson Oil? www.youtube.com/watch?v=woCTOTRsW_I

This news easily wins the internet today.

No, no, he's not dead, he's... he's restin'! Remarkable bird, the Norwegian Blue, idn'it, ay? Beautiful plumage! Just insert batteries under his plumage and he'll talk again.

Maitre D': "Ah, good afternoon, and how are we today?"

Creosote: "Better...better get a bucket, I'm gonna throw up."

(After this he projectile vomits, into the bucket, on the menu, on the Maitre D', on the cleaning woman, on the floor..., after he gorges himself there is a resulting explosion after he is convinced to eat a mint.)

The morel of this sketch...if you're a glutton and you've just gorged yourself, don't have the after dinner mint, even if it is wafer thin.

Oct. 10, 2009

Went to the Maryland Renaissance Festival with Serena, Dan and Chris. We spotted Tim the Enchanter from Monty Python and the Holy Grail when we got out of the car, and several times throughout the day. After a couple more spottings, I finally asked to take a picture with him. It was the most exciting thing ever. At the end of the day, we saw him again. As Serena rolled down the window to take a picture of him, he shouted, "Tim the Enchanter drives a sports car!" It was hilarious! And he ended up being behind us the whole time we were trying to squeeze out of the parking lot. RenFest is teh fun!

I wonder if his name is Monty!

Man, I have a lot of Monty Python killer bunny t-shirts (for the purposes of this post three is "a lot"). This particular one is from TeeFury.

Castle Stalker in Scotland. Recognizable by Monty Python fans who are English pig dogs, had mothers who were hamsters, fathers smelled of elderberries and/or have been farted at in their general direction

I don't drink this stuff, but have an appreciation for the bottles.
