Three tier white chocolate cake with shaved white chocolate mousse filling and white chocolate buttercream icing. Gum paste monogram with bride and groom's initials. Top bride's layer is kahlua butter fudge with shaved white chocolate mousse filling. Custom topper to match bride's bouquet and colors. Cornelli lace on middle square layer, edible pearls dusted with lustre on bottom tier. Served 65, not including top tier.
After a tour of the house, Jennie and I had lunch at the Stable Cafe. Their napkins were monogrammed with a "V" for Vanderbilt, but it could very well be for Via. :)
