Some times I don’t get it! On the same roll of film I got some incredibly crisp and clear images with very little grain. I usually over expose by one stop so I’m confounded when this happens. I’ll try again this year for this shot if I can Que the clouds just right.

.

Yes it’s a thing, don’t judge me, I take photos over, and over, and over again at the same place, the same subject and sometimes even use the same camera. .. note to Therapist..

yes, even though New Jersey is the most densely populated state we do still have farms. Still Ironic though to be called the garden state.

From the Pentax 6x7 on Ilford Delta 400 Shot thinking the film was Ilford SFX 200 using a 720 nm filter.. kind of an unusual effect probably not to be reproduced but hey we all make mistakes. At least it was a good enough mistake / lesson to make a post about.

Cool jazz on a hot day by Roustabout_photo

It was a hot summer day at Washington Square in NY circa 1980. A hot day not unlike what’s expected today.

I stumbled on this impromptu group of musicians jamming. A street dancer using the square as her stage.

To this day probably one of if not the best concerts I ever attended. Unfortunately I was not as inquisitive then as now and would have found out more about the performers.

I’ll just call the band “Serendipity”
