VV and I got lunch at Cook's Tortas this Sunday. We were going to have Korean BBQ for dinner for my mom's birthday that evening so we didn't want to eat too much so we split a sandwich and fries.

This was the mojito. Pork, garlic mojo and onions. Really delicious!

After working on the Peruvian National drink, Steve turns to the Cuban national drink, and Hemingway's favorite, the Mojito.

no light setup, just on my back bar, am pleased with how it came out!

Mojito

4-5 lime slices

pinch of mint

37.5 ml havana especial golden rum

1 tsp brown sugar

10ml sugar syrup

mix with a scoop of crushed ice

add more ice and float 12.5 ml dark rum.

garnish and enjoy!
