For the gray twill jacket I modified the pattern to eliminate facings, the front horizontal seams; attached back collar piece to back pattern piece and eliminated hem allowances.

After testing, I modified the butane burner to be much shorter. Instead of extending up into the firebox, I made a low profile burner that has an open slot on each side where additional air can enter the flame, and also where I am able to get quick visual feedback on the flame characteristics.

The new spring is there and as we can see it doesn't fit as well as the old one. We'll take care of that in a bit. Now is the time to assemble the barrel and ensure all parts are aligned.

A modified stationary bike to give it the same set-up as an road going road bike I own. I welded the handle bars on to the frame of this bike. The major detail change is the shorter crank arms when compared to on-road bike.
