At the Scottish Maritime Museum. Model hulls were used before the age of the computer to show the hull form, with the detail enabling the manufacture of the plates which would be brought together to manufacture the real hull.
This is actually a candid photo of a female model during a photo shoot at Shark Fin Cove in Davenport. I didn't post it because there was motion blur from my camera as I had taken it at 1/8 sec with my camera settings all messed up. The good thing is that I have taken this in RAW format and now I can apply Topaz Sharpen AI to stablize the subject. It actually works as can been seen from this resulting image.
