Inspired by Bollywood and colorful pinwheels from my childhood, these brick stitch earrings start with a sterling silver soldered ring. Nymo thread wraps around the ring, becoming part of the design instead of a hidden element. The beads gradate from size 15 to size 8, and the picot edging is done in size 15 beads. The french hooks are also sterling silver.

To keep the kids happy there was a old traditional Fun Fair, including Savage Electric Yachts (1915), Dodgems, Children’s Car Ride & Roundabout plus Old Time Amusement Arcade.

Norfolk Southern's Exhibit Car was at Railfest and open to the public. Inside there were HO scale models of all 20 of their newly painted GE and EMD locomotives including SD70ACe No 1074 in Delaware Lackawanna and Western livery
模範街是目前金門保存最完整的老街，全長約75公尺，建築基地原是鄭成功訓練陸師的「內校場」。民國13年(1924年)由金門青商會會長傅錫琪發起集資僑界而興建，並於次年完工，因整齊及建築細緻，堪稱模範，因而取名「模範街」。連續拱廊式的特殊建造風格，左右各16間樓房，原是金門的政教和商業中心，但是於60年代便沒落了。
金門開放觀光後，如今可是金城的「活招牌」，各式各樣的特產或餐廳美食等店家，賦予了這條街嶄新的生命，來到這裡不論是PUB、餐廳、飲食小吃店、特產等等，讓人氣沸騰了起來，尤其是夜晚，昏黃的燈光，讓整條街多了古意和風韻。
交通：在金城公車站下車，往南走200公尺。
The Model Street, formerly named Zhiqiang Street, is situated in Jincheng Township.
In 1924, President Fu Xi-qi of Kinmen Business Association raised funds to construct the street, which patterned after the Japanese Daisei architectural style and integrated with western brick designs. This two-section street accommodates Japanese-style buildings in the first section and Fujian-style architectures in the second section. With an orderly and simple outlook, it is one of the long-lasting old streets in Kinmen.
