This beautifully-crafted 1:64 scale model of Britain's last battleship, HMS Vanguard, was made by the makers of the real ship, Messrs John Brown & Co. Ltd, and can be seen in the Science Museum in London.
Launched in November 1944 by then-Princess Elizabeth, the 42,500-ton ship had four shafts and a total of 130,000 shp installed power, generating a top speed of 28 kt and was commissioned in 1946. Due to the limitations of wartime construction, her main armament consisted of eight 15-inch guns originally fitted to First World War battleships which were converted to aircraft carriers in the 1920s and their guns stored for future use.
Her secondary armament, which consisted of 16 5.25-inch guns in eight twin turrets, and a combined total of a further 71 anti-aircraft guns of smaller calibre, was the heaviest such armament fitted on a British battleship.
Sadly, her career lasted just 14 years, as she was sent to the scrapyard in August 1960.

I purchased a couple Girls und Panzer decal sheets from AliExpress a while ago, and I think the Jatkosota decals look excellent on it, even if it isn't historically accurate.

Controlling behaviour goes hand in hand with domestic violence .. a common trait for controlling men to exhibit is to stop 'their' women from wearing makeup. They can be manipulative about how they achieve their end result: it can appear as if he is meaning well by saying things such as 'you don't REALLY need that stuff on your face, you're pretty enough...' to 'I prefer my women more natural,' to sulking when he doesn't get his way to even using physical force. However, though he may use sweet and persuasive words at first, he is being driven by his own insecurity and jealousy, and whatever he says, it's really nothing to do with his personal sexual tastes. (Think about it ... he's actually contradicting himself as most women met their man and attracted him in the first place when they were dressed up really nicely and wore make up). So it's all (in his mind) about making you less attractive to other men, ebbing away your personal confidence and power, so you're less likely to leave HIM, meaning you'll put up with more and more of his crap, ultimately meaning you become under his control in every area of your life.
One of my colleagues is a model-making enthusiast. He is constantly looking for new and challenging projects. One of his ideas was to create scale models of various objects made out of plastic customer loyalty cards from various shops.
This trailer is made out of Open32 MyCard cards.
Construction materials used are a jigsaw, cutting blades, cyanoacrylate glue and contact adhesive.
The 20 cent euro coin is for scale comparison.
