Replaced defective/old/fried 2Nxx TO-3 transistors with brand new Fairchild TIP102 darlingtons, along with new caps for extra oomph. Works a treat !
All the parts actually fit together. One corner of the bracket was ground down to make room for the stock friction lock screw.
The focuser is a Crayford style rack and pinion with a helical gear, so it has very little backlash. Most of the slack is from the focuser motor gearing.

A shot of the empty guts of the projector. The black rear section (top section in this photo) is the bulb's hotbox. The glass is IR glass. It looks clear to the human eye, but appears very red in these photos because of the way digital cameras use IR.

I modded this Sirius head to make the eyes a bit bigger (not by much but more bigger at the sides/bottom) to look more like Bazett from Fate Stay Night. :D

EEEE. My modded Unoa Lusis FP arrived today and I ADORE the heck outta him!
His name is Francess Genevieve[totally cant pronounce his last name] and he's the Prince of Goats[hence the horns]. He's VVVVERY snobby and look down on anyone that has a lower status than himself.
He's a hybrid on a doll-leaves body[w/ MNF hands] which matches his resin pretty much 9o% and is proportionate! *thrills* I also added freckles and more blushing to his face, and make his brows yellow!
SRSLY. Is there any Unoa out there is not photogenic??
