After the May C&O I came across this modded Ford Fusion on Instagram. The guy had been at the monthly meetup but I just didn't see his car (easy to do with several hundred cars in attendance). I contacted him and asked if I could possibly do a photo session with the car in the future, which he was cool with. So we both decided to meet up after June's C&O. This Fusion looks even better in person and I'm very pleased at the shots I got from the quick session.
Foto algo antiga que tinha por aqui perdida, de uma Lan Party em 2004. Foi considerado o melhor modding da Lan :)

I taped off the brass and laid down a black base coat. Next came a gold webbing layer to give it an arcane look. I did some accent and distressing with a black wash, then added brass studs.
Here are the controls, partially occluded by the shelf which caries the whole rig. I need to do some work on them, especially the smaller knobs, to get them aligned.

Next the Saviour got accents of copper, then an overall black wash to give it a distressed look. Lastly I glued on rivet like studs. The Saviour is a component of my dino hunter/Lost world costume.
OK, so here's what I did with #21. No Tone control now. The Volume pot has been replaced with a Bourns low-friction EVH-style pot (complete with EVH-style Fender "Tone" knob), the toggle has been moved back to where the Tone control used to be and a Kill Switch is where the toggle used to be. I actually think this works out exceptionally well. I just ordered a dozen more kill switches.
