A little more durable, a little less beautiful. That's what i do.

This was my first bigger mod. I opened her mouth and added teeth + sanded all over her face.

She's a Fairyland Minifee Dark Elf Soo.

Dead simple & dead gorgeous moleskine mod...I took a bunch of small Moleskines & super-glued a 4x6 photo to the cover, then trimmed off the excess.

I tried my hand at BodySlide 2.0, and... well... :D

I've finally strung my Naga completely together as he should be.

Head is a white Doll Leaves Wish head.

Body is a snow white Island Doll MSD boy body.

Tail is an apoxie sculpt 'natural' (grey parts) and 'white' creation by myself.

His whole lenght is now 65 cm.

Next step will to sand the tail a bit more, than start adding scales to the tail first, then to parts of his body, maybe also some onto his head.

After that I'll try to get the whole thing in a similar white as base, then start the blushing process with shiny green :D

I've sanded his nose to make it shorter and rounder, and I also changed the shape of his upper lip and sanded his cheeks slightly.

He's also gotten a full body blushing and sueding.

How to silence a Netgear GS-748T:

1. rip the small fans out,

2. make a 120mm bore in the top cover, directly over the main chipset

3. connect the red and black pins of the 3-pin Molex con to the onboard 2-pin Terminal

Now it's so silent, you won't even notice it running.

(The original 40mm fans seem to be optimized for maximum sound output)

Added an extended twin ported barrel for a few reasons.

1. I'm reloading, and don't want to use my original Glock barrel with lead bullets.

2. Less recoil.

3. Longer barrel should give some better accuracy. I won't know until I take it out to the range next weekend.

I'll probably replace the spring as well.

The motion sensor is a small spring that makes contact with a metal

ring around it when the device is in motion, and can shut off the LED

array if no motion is detected.

Replacement bat top, stick shaft cover, stick washer, replacement 6 buttons and single 24mm START button. Uses screw-in Sanwa buttons (not the snap-in variety that come with the stick). I find the screw-in ones provide a tighter/more secure fit; feels more solid.

The scout of the Protectobots is here, GROOVE.

Many thanks for mr. JAF, for providing awesome ideas to how I modded Armada Sideways into Groove. I tried to put my own spin on the concept of adding the new arms and using the back as the chest.

I added a joint at the waist, allowing the top half of him to rotate around, so that the wheel ends up in the back of the leg, and the feet look more like they face forward. The chest plate is held on by a magnet. The arms are gundam, and the head comes from G1 or G2 Duststorm.

The exhaust pipes/forearm cannons come from a ZOID. The front end of the BMW CHP style bike is die cast, got it off ebay. I pulled the saddle bags and back wheel from it also.

I used Axer after all for the rear wheel holder, it also has a hinge on it, so it sits perpendicular to the leg while in robot...and the arm of Defensor.

And yeah, that's a kickstand - pulled it off a dollar tree toy, drilled a hole in it and put a rubber washer between it and the bike to provide good tight friction.

Finally, the enamels were layed down and official CHP decals were applied. Trying to be accurate with placement.

So, yeah, the mods were pretty extensive on this little guy, but I am happy the way he turned out, looks (to me) much like a CHP bike, and nothing like Armada Sideways...

Gave her a faceup last night! Love it, can't wait for her real eyes and hair materials to get here!

I've been feeling a bit of a wobble with Grace... so I'm hoping a new wig might help!

She's very lovely, but I'm not sure she wouldn't be better off somewhere else...

Lastly I glued on the tips to finish off the brass and painted them gold. The photos hardly do this little beauty justice.
