The outer walls of the Kremlin (Кремль) in Moscow, from the Bolshoi Moskvoretskiy Most (Большой Москворецкий мост), over the Mockba River.

The Kremlin Palace itself isn't visible, the large building behind the wall is the Granovitaya Palata (Грановитая палата).

The distant finance district is visible at far left
