On a regular night, anywhere from three to 12 gather in this dorm room, spending time together watching the same movies theyâve already seen 10 times, dancing to music that ranges from salsa to hip-hop and reflects their backgrounds, and laughing about each otherâs jokes and commentary that are immortalized on the roomâs quote wall. Theyâve affectionately termed it âthe roomâ and use it as a central gathering and meeting place.

While the room started out with a group of childhood friends from Brighton, Michigan, who lived on campus together freshman year, it has grown into a larger group that incorporates individuals from different ages and majors, and from locations around the world. Though not all have classes or live on North Campus, they gravitate toward the room and each other.

The Gmail password is also the password in your Google account, and it’s used for many other services like Google Drive, Google Photos, Google Play, and other Android mobile applications, etc.

How to Recover Gmail Password

If you enter your password multiple times and still can’t sign in to your Gmail account, you will frustrating when you aren’t using your own email.

Fortunately, there are several methods for recovering passwords, although not all are usable, depending on your account configuration when creating your account.

First of all, do not panic. The account is yours and therefore you should be able to recover it, with more or less effort.

Before dropping it to create a new Gmail account , try the following methods.

All the ways start from the same starting point, click on Forgot your password?, after typing the wrong password.

Step 1: You access the following link: accounts.google.com. Type your email then click Next.

Type your email or phone

Step 2: Select Forgot Password.

Select Forgot password

Recover by typing the last password

Sometimes you may have changed your password and you do not remember what you have set. Or the account you have long been unused so you forget the password.

The first thing required to recover a password is to enter the last password you remember.

This first step really does not solve anything besides providing more information to Google about whether or not you really are an account holder.

Recover with your Android mobile

If you have an Android phone, the device you used to create this gmail account, you can use it to verify your account.

This is the second way to recover your account password.

Click Yes and you will receive a mobile window asking if it’s you trying to sign in.

On your mobile phone, you must answer Yes to confirm your identity on the computer and then you can choose a new password.

In some cases, you will be asked certain questions on your mobile phone to verify that it is you.

Recovery via SMS or Call Phone

If the previous option IS NOT available (For example: you registered your account with a landline number, you use a mobile phone that IS NOT Android phone) you can still use your phone number to confirm your identity.

In this case, you can receive the verification code via an SMS or a CALL.

In both methods of receiving the verification code, the results are the same: you will receive a code that you must type in the form.

If you choose SMS you will receive it by SMS and if you select a call it will call you from an automated system, then it will read the code for you.

Enter the code, click Next and you can change the password.

Recover with Alternative email

If you DO NOT set up a phone number when signing up for that Gmail account, you can still recover your account using alternative email.

This is an email address that you chose when you created your account, it is used for the current instance.

If you have an alternative email, press Next to receive the code that will allow you to verify that it is you.

As in previous methods, you will receive a verification code sent to your alternate email address.

When you have the code, enter it on the form and you can change your password.

Recover with security question

If the above does not help you recover the password, the problem is NOT GOOD.

However, you have another way that is to use security questions. When signing up for your account, you may have selected a security question and your answer.

If you remember it, type it and click Next.

Then, you must add additional information before proceeding.

The security question are not enough for you to recover your password because someone who knows you can guess it. So, after clicking Next, you also have to add the date you created your account (including month and year).

On my own, this is a very difficult question, so try to remember it and type it on the form.

Good luck! Homepage

In July 2015, several hundred villagers in Ilalasimba, Tanzania received formal documentation of their land rights thanks to USAID’s pilot project, Mobile Application to Secure Tenure (MAST). USAID has developed a participatory methodology to implement the pilot, combining the use of technology with village-wide trainings on Tanzania’s land laws to build knowledge and strengthen capacity to support dispute resolution.

The results from the first phase of the pilot project are encouraging; in just under three weeks, trusted intermediaries mapped and collected information for 937 parcels. Some even went a step further and learned how to validate the data that they collected in the field. These images are of some of the beneficiaries in Ilalasimba.

The use of mobile devices is increasing at incredible rates and so is the use of mobile related technology such as mobile apps. Bizarre. Just had a dream about what Do would be like as a mobile application instead of a strictly analog experience. The image above is just a really quick sketch of what I saw in my dream. Sorry for the kludgy UI, I just had to get the images out of my brain.

Features included:

* The app would act as the game's randomizer, a bag of stones in the center of the table. Nothing surprising there, dice apps are all over the place.

* A decent computer-generated voice reading a large selection of letters, each a document tagged according to the conflict symbols stamped on it and the style of story your group chose to play. Just turn on speakerphone and listen to this session's letter.

* The game is very procedural about how time is divided: A Pilgrimage is divided into Stories, which are divided into Chapters, in which each player gets one turn to tell a Verse. So, the application can very easily have specific slots set aside to record what happens in the game.

* A voice recording and possibly a text-to-voice feature tied to a drop.io, dropbox or odeo account. It's this feature that is probably the most weird. Instead of writing down the world's Troubles on index cards, writing down your character's history, or writing down anything, you just say it out loud at the table and it'll be documented online.

* A soundtrack of music in a variety of moods to play while you tell your verse. The soundtrack function will have a very simple little mix board that can modulate the music's drama on the fly.

* A publish feature that will compile all the sound clips into a single file and annotate them with the aforementioned computer generated voice. The voice would begin the file by saying the name of the group, the pilgrims, their current bonds, how close to the beginning or end of the pilgrimage they are, and the chapter/verse of each segment.

* This feature's settings include the ability to automatically detect long gaps of background noise and cut them out, just in case you had a moment where you were trying to think of what to say next. Alternatively, verse's can simply be timed.

* Finally, in this dream, Do had an official user-generated library of podcasts that were all made through this application. If you wrote a letter and are curious to hear how people used it, a host trying to find some examples of play, or you just want to post your session on your blog via Odeo or Drop.io, you can do it from this library.

That's basically the whole point of the app, to make it as easy as possible for people to share their stories in an easily digestible format.

I think playing around for a couple days in iMovie has gotten to my brain.
