Today's theme is with an animal, so here we are .... My mini-poodle, Nuggett is a good sport. He thinks we're going to play all morning.....
RTW tee and capris from MMJ 20, blogged here. What can I say? It's raining cats and (mini) dogs today. I had thought of doing a pic with DH for today's theme, but....
Sunny, hazy and humid day today, so I opted for a sundress!

My husband's birthday is on the 14th. We celebrated tonight because we were able to get a babysitter. Ate lots of Mexican food, drank margaritas and walked in the park. It was great!
Look, I'm wearing 4" heels and am still much shorter than he is in bare feet.

An almost summery day, interspersing warm sun with sudden thunderstorms. Which I guess is the definition of June. I think this is a pretty good almost-summer outfit, simple but cute.
Vintage Shrug I've been getting a LOT of use out of this version. It's great for throwing on top of a plain tank or short-sleeve shirt to spice it up a little and add a tiny bit of warmth. Unfortunately my fancy knit got a major snag in the back and I'm not sure how long it will last before that turns into a big hole.
Very old tank One of my first knit projects from last summer.
Jalie Jean capris I'm very glad my best attempts to screw these up failed. They remain one of my favourite denim makes yet.

Today's challenge for Me-Made June was to take a picture of yourself twirling. This was entertaining.

Recuperating from the kids' joint birthday party/sleepover. I'm pleased to report that everyone survived, even the hedgehog.
