Young lady came with a sports injury fracturing her front two teeth She had displaced her left central incisor and Chipped off her right central incisor.

The fractured root fragment was removed and the labial bone defect was restored with bone graft followed by placement of implant on the left missing tooth and zirconia crowns on both the front teeth.
