There is something playfully mischievous about this excellent steakhouse which also aspires to be an exciting nightclub. 😅 So is there a better way to celebrate your second night as a guest at the fabulous Fontainebleau Las Vegas! Maybe, but maybe not… 😊
But then again, do you know what your Flickr Friend and his Lovely Wife are doing tonight? Have they had a respectable amount of time to get settled into their guest suite? Would it be terribly forward and mighty presumptuous of you to invite them down for dinner here at Papi Steak and later for exotic cocktails at the nearby ‘No Where’ Speakeasy? ☺️ Maybe, but maybe not…
Statuette of a young boy wrangling either an eel or a snake. Anyone care to translate the tablet? I can only make out "mischievous."
Photo snapped in the window of a gift shop on Kaminarimon-dori, Asakusa, Tokyo, Japan.
Feeling kind of mischievous tonight. I was itching to go take some photos at a local show, but the boyfriend isn't feeling much like going out, so we stayed home. And now I'm watching "Blazing Saddles." I love Mel Brooks.

Read this awesome blogpost about Fact, Light and Moment (Stu Maschwitz Fact, Moment, Light) and how good photographs contain all three. This could be categorized as a fact and moment shot, which lifts it's merits.
I'm a sharpness freak, but it's starting to subside. The right moment can overpower the need for sharpness. Shooting kids with a manual focus 50mm lens in a moving cart produces a lot of respect for the photographic dinosaurs – or any manual focus shooters nowadays for that matter! – who did nothing else before autofocus became common!
Manual focus and moving objects is an acquired artform.
When using a Nikon D7000 and manual lenses, the small circle in the left bottom corner of the viewfinder is your friend! That needs to show up at your selected focuspoint to have good focus at that particular spot.
This is Rauko a one of a kind malicious and mischievous Goblin that wait toghether with the will'o the wisps spirits on the forest paths for lost travellers during night hour...
A will-o'-the wisp, or ignis fatuus (Medieval Latin for "foolish fire") is an atmospheric ghost light seen by travellers at night, especially over bogs, swamps, or marshes. It resembles a flickering lamp and is said to recede if approached, drawing travellers from the safe paths.
They have a mischievous and often malevolent nature, luring unwary travellers into dangerous situations. A common story about a Welsh Will o' the Wisp is about a peasant, who is travelling home late in the evening sees a bright light travelling before him, looking closer he sees that the light is a lantern held by a "dusky little figure" which he follows for several miles, suddenly he finds himself standing on the edge of a great chasm with a roaring torrent of water rushing below him. At that moment the lantern carrier leaps across the fissure, raises the light over its head and lets out a malicious laugh, after which it blows out the light leaving the unfortunate man far from home, standing in pitch darkness at the edge of a precipice.
Two mischievous native kids saying goodbye their local language that sounded gibberish to us. The girl was dragging one of our friends around until her brother took her back.

A friend once told me, that practicing your photograhping skills with a cellphone camera, can still help you improve, and today I was in the right mood.
So I took Charlotte and used her as model.
I'm fairly happy with the pictures, but I wish I was better at editing them.
The title is a perfect description for Charlotte. She has always been a troublemaker, but somehow managed to charm her way out.
Charlotte is a Merry Doll Round Merry.
I met KeKe during my 6-month mission trip in Chambrun, Haiti. KeKe is one of the most outgoing and hysterical kids that I have ever met....and just a little mischievous. Reminds me a lot of myself when I was his age!
I posted this image on my Flickr several months ago. One of my goals for 2013 is to re-edit many (if not all) of the images that you see on my Flickr. I am experimenting with various new editing techniques that I have acquired since I first posted these images.
Seen on top of the Tortilla Coast Restaurant near the Capitol South metro station. I think he looks like he is breaking into the building across the street.
bored bored bored in port saint lucie...
i woke up at 5:45ish. and miserably failed to go to mcdonalds. huge no go. so i smoked a stooge with jacob and watched the sunrise in the jungle of my backyard. gay.
went back to sleep and spent the whole day in bed. since ive been home i realized how much i miss my old blanket, and indian river orange juice with pulp, and my old rainfall shower, and late nights with friends ect ect
i realized psl is bearable if i just treat it like im in dazed and confused. hanging out in parking lots, pointlessly driving around, ect ect.
tonight we went to D's. we went to the secret bench. smoked ect ect. hung out with his sis for a while. then jacob, ev and i made like a baby and headed out. but we decided to stop at this random football feild and stooge in the bleachers. we got talking about childhood ect ect
i ended up bringing up my skateboarder trouble maker days. i guess i got jacob and myself so amped that we wanted to do something sketchy or w/e. so we hopped this fence to this abandoned elementary school and started exploring. we climbed to the roof and the tractors. we were crawling around in the shadows and bushes ect ect.
reminded me of our high school mischievous selves. always down for dumb shit. but always coming out clean ect ect...
but actually now that i think of it, it's not like we weren't doing shit like this last year. like climbing through fsu's secret tunnels and construction playgrounds. or exploring the stadium and climbing the coach towers ect ect
whelp, i guess ima hit the hay.
oh! i read this thing on how to train your subconscious every night while you fall asleep. i guess im gonna start my regiment of self improvement tonight ect ect
