Well, it COULD be! This mirror was given to me by a lady who owns/runs some of the local estate sales we go to! I love it! It's huge, and may just stay where it is in one of our outdoor "areas!" :)
A tiny, slender, and amazingly transparent mirror spider, I think a male Thwaitesia sp., found in Madagascar. In case you can't tell on a small screen, they're called mirror spiders because of the metallic, mirror-shiny spots on their abdomens. I don't often use this long, narrow aspect ratio (that matches my iMac screen), but it worked for me for this subject.

This was my take on the classic view of Stourhead National Trust last year. The light was incredible and the water so still it created mirror like reflections without even needing the assistance of filters. This place truly is a landscape photographers dream. The colours are very different each year depending on the weather conditions we experience which makes it all the more interesting - there isn't anywhere I'd rather go on an autumn shoot than this place!
Happy "Smile on Saturday" with "mirror or mirror glass"!

Managed to sort of save this one after ruining the whole roll by not loading the tank correctly !!!! Won't be making that mistake again.
At Mirror Lake, I found this rock and its reflection perfectly aligned with the towering Half Dome above.

As I was taking the preceding snap, looking down the length of the pub, I could see my head reflected in a mirror past the archway, so zoomed in for a pic. I don't normally do any kind of selfie pics, but I kind of liked this one.
