OK, so what's a pizza masala, you ask?

 

Hmmm, first there was no pizza. Then there was Nirula's pizza, who helpfully kept chilli flakes and some other stuff nearby.

 

And then the MNCs came and told us - hey, THIS is pizza, and you will eat it like this, bland.

 

So many of us went home. And then some went next door and bought chicken tikka and put it on the pizza. But then - somebody in Europe started making sweet mango pickle and salami pizza.

 

Pizza was never the same again, anywhere in the world.

 

This masala says one thing then - it says, our masala goes everywhere, and wins. JAI HO!!

I swear this was TP's Idea, He is a BAD Influence on all of the others!

A souffle I had at MoRoCo Chocolat in Toronto. The highlight of this souffle was the way it was presented. Every detail was perfection, from the flower petals to the raspberry stuffed with a blueberry to the mint leaf placed underneath the cup.

I have made so icetea with mintleafs.

to quench my thirst I use my own recipe for lemonade. not as sweet as the one you buy in the shop (not by far), but it does the trick quite nicely...

I created a refreshing drink with:

2 cl elderflower syrop

3 cl sweet lemonjuice (lime is even better)

ice cubes and mintleafs

fill up the glass with soda / sparkling water

 

It is alcoholfree and very refreshing....

 

CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A NAME FOR IT?

 

PS if you want it with a bit of punch... add some gin!!!

And there then is bar be que with seasoning.

 

This one goes better with good meat. Soon there will be speciality seasonings for different . . . bar be ques.

Not our hottest, but the closest to real Indian chilli sauce options found in rural India, and now in a bottle for you to savour.

 

Pure chillis, pleasant, but do consume carefully.

Absolutely no meal in India, Chindian or otherwise, can be complete without this evolved favourite - chilli garlic sauce. Ours is, simply, better.
