in mint condition, wishing a real ethically brand new economical system, which gives us fresh air to breathe and new opportunities to everyone!
I decided to create a mini herb garden in my kitchen, I have started with mint and rosemary and if they survive (that is a big if,) I will add parsley and oragano next.

Mint is used heavily in Moroccan cuisine. If we hadn't still had a week to travel, I would have loved to buy a few bags (who knows if I would have made it past customs).
