I used the really thin wrapper and cut it into 2 triangles (to make mini-egg rolls), which was a bad idea. I had to take them out of the fryer really fast because they were falling apart, so they didn't brown good enough. But still a bit crunchy. ^^
Spent quite a while taking photos of these mini cyclamen, which we've got in tubs outside our house. Luckily it was a sunny day, so able to get some lovely light in the shots like this one.

Mighty Minis is one of the UK's most popular Mini championships and in 2013 they will join the superb Brands Hatch Mini Festival race schedule. The championship is renowned for attracting novice drivers as they make their first steps on the motorsport ladder. The cars are based around road legal Minis built from 1991-1996 with a few safety and reliabilty modifications. ................. The thrilling Super Mighty Minis are another addition to the race content for the 2013 Brands Hatch Mini Festival. The championship is the bigger brother of the Mighty Minis series catering for more powerful 1.3 litre spec pocket rockets. The championship is designed for drivers with at least a year of competitive racing under their belts.

Im in peaceful surroundings of drumshanbo co. leitrim need Mini Discs from a mini disc shop (specialist like ya know) and they also do TV aerials so I can get all the coax I need that side on the shannon (both sides) and I play tin whistle but left my C & D at home so I pick up a penny whistle or a D to make sig for new podcast I needed the mini disc blanks. this was an advert in the window of the library, Tighe TV is across the road 20 yards away, dead local to the library where broadband can be had (it is rumoured) i love the county leitrim.
