It all kinda got away from us that time.

The top of the tower showing the detail of the microwave "Horn" antennas used for receiving and relaying microwave signals. Originally built as part of the "AT&T Longline Network". Built during the "Cold War" it was part of a communications network designed to survive a nuclear war. With a height of 133 ft. you could get quite a view. This tower linked Cleveland with Birmingham.

Easiest, safest, simplest way to clean it, ever.

Blogged here.

I had never looked that far inside my microwave, but behind those dots is a very weird mechanically thing. I'm a dork - I was amazed.

The picture on the packaging looked a lot better than the real product after I µ-waved it. Chock full of MSG goodness, naturally.

I guess Ajinomoto is making a push into the US prepared food market. Ajinomoto in Japan is like ConAgra in the United States. Ajinomoto gained prominence for inventing MSG and in Japan the company name is synonymous for MSG.

I was visiting my cousin's house for dinner one night. Her cook was in the kitchen preparing our meal. I saw this view on the microwave pane. Not to miss out the chance, I quickly pulled out my gear and shot a few shots.

Looks like even the microwave can multi-task. Not only can it cook something, it sometimes can double up as a mirror.

* In spite of little or no testing, we must not question whether in light of 5G's massive ramp-up of frequency and power over that of the current 4G network, this new mobile technology is safe or unsafe - we must specifically refrain from uploading any such content to social media on any of the large platforms such as YouTube, Facebook or Twitter.

Any such even rationally questioning content is prone to being removed on grounds of "infringing community guidelines".

Remember that.. simply questioning health and safety surrounding 5G in light of only limited testing of a new technology that has already been halted or banned in other countries, is enough to get you potentially de-platformed from social media.

bit.ly/ZswFjw Heart Healthy Diet 5 Heart Healthy Diet Tips Weight control and regular exercise are critical for keeping your heart in shape—but the food you eat does matter. Heart disease may be the leading killer of US citizens, but that doesn't mean you can't protect yourself. In addition to exercise, being careful about what you eat and what you don't eat, can help you lower cholesterol, control blood pressure and blood sugar levels, and maintain a healthy weight. If you've already been diagnosed with heart disease or have high cholesterol or blood pressure, a heart smart diet can help you better manage these conditions and lowering your risk for heart attack. 1) Lower your intake of saturated and trans fats. The best possible improvements you can make to your diet, limiting saturated fats and cutting out trans fats entirely is perhaps the most important. Both types of fat raise your LDL, or "bad" cholesterol level, which can increase your risk for heart attack and stroke. 2) Eat foods that lower cholesterol Unhealthy cholesterol levels increase your risk for heart disease, so keeping yours low is key to a healthier heart. Your diet is central to controlling your cholesterol. Some foods can actually lower your cholesterol, while others only make matters worse. 3) Cut back on salt and processed foods. Consuming salt can contribute to high blood pressure, which is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Reducing the salt in your food is a big part of a heart-healthy diet. The American Heart Association recommends no more than about a teaspoon of salt a day for an adult. That may sound alarmingly small, but there are actually many painless—even delicious—ways to reduce your sodium intake. 4) Do more home cooking. It's very difficult to eat right for your heart when you're eating out a lot, ordering in, or eating microwave dinners and other processed foods. The good news is that you can learn to make quick, heart healthy meals at home. It's easier and less time-consuming than you may think. 5)High fiber foods are key. A diet high in fiber can lower "bad" cholesterol and provide nutrients that can help protect against heart disease. By filling up on whole grains, vegetables, and fruits, you can get most of the fiber you'll need, which means you'll also be lowering your risk of heart disease. 6) Control your weight by controlling your portions. Gaining or carrying excess weight means that your heart must work harder, and this often leads to high blood pressure—a major cause of heart disease. Achieving a healthy body weight is key to reducing your risk of heart disease. Reducing portion sizes is a crucial step toward losing or maintaining a healthy weight. Our PV system is small and has a generator plug in to supplement power when needed. We have not used a generator yet however ~ we choose to reduce our usage instead. We only use our microwave and toaster on very sunny days and supplement our lighting with a propane light and candles if necessary. We save a lot of energy by cooking on the wood stove.

A hot connection on the active pin with no RCD protection has caused an arc. Hence the charring and damage to the plug.
