The Z287-A exceeds the limitations set forth by traditional microcentrifuges which are restricted solely to fixed angle rotors for microtubes. 'Bolt' problem solved :). Although rather big for the bolts at scale, it is getting closer to the knurled-nut size at the plate front: a bit of 0.6 mm tube and some filler should sort that out

You will receive an unknown solid. To be able to fit in the microtube, the solid must be ground up into much smaller grains. The following slides show how to do that with wax paper and a scoopula.
The solid must now be packed into the microtube. Put the microtube right next to the solid and try to slide it in.
