Wow, the new Arduino Pro Mini is really small... 18mm x 33mm x 0.8mm!
Shown with Sparkfun's DOSonCHIP uSD module and a microSD card.
These will both run from 3.3V. In fact, the duino will take up to 12V and it has its own 3.3V regulator, so it can presumably even power the uSD, which typically only uses 5mA when active. Great combination for a tiny portable logging system.

#InFocus, an #American #electronics company has publicized the commence of Kangaroo.
It is 124mm length, 80.5mm width 12.9mm girth, the world's smallest portable desktop computer, which would roughly be the size of a #Smartphone.
It comes with a detachable base unit, which sports an HDMI port, one USB 2.0 port, one USB 3.0 port, and a DC power port. The device weighs up just 200 grams. It features a Windows Hello fingerprint sensor.
As for other specifications, it is powered by a quad-core Intel 'Cherry trail' Atom x5-Z8500 processor clocked at 1.44GHz, with a Burst frequency of 2.24GHz. Other features include 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM, and a 32GB of eMMC storage, which you can expand via microSD XC card up to 128GB
There is a battery inside which you can keep the machine instant for four hours under "casual use", and the portable PC also accept a Micro-USB port for charging. On the software front, the Kangaroo runs Windows 10. The mini-PC features Wi-Fi 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0 wireless connectivity.
The Kangaroo will be charged at $99 (roughly Rs. 6,500) and is available in the United States from online retailer Newegg.com. It will also start to sell the pocket computer at Microsoft Store starting mid-November.
