The camera lens is tucked into the middle of the nose piece. Pictures (JPEGs) can be shot in 4,032×3,024 resolution and at up to 12 megapixels. And such sunglasses can shoot videos (AVIs) in 1,280×720 resolution at 30fps. All these materials are stored onto a MicroSD card (32GB max) which is inserted into the MicroSD card slot in one of the earpieces. Thus, by wearing such fashion sunglasses, wearers do not need to hold phones or cameras.

This is my current phone, the HTC TyTN. It still runs WM5 since I didn't get around to upgrading it. Its MicroSD card is also a bit corrupted,I still didn't get around to fixing that either. It works fine though, although it often fails to ring or to sound an alarm.

Wed 06.29.11 - Today I installed the Meego 1.2 'MidSummer' Community release on to my Nokia N900's microSD memory card. My first act after booting up to the Meego side of the dual boot was to take photos to see how the N900's camera ran on Meego. The outdoor photos of neighbors Ryan and Tammy results were amusing as the light sensor didn't know what to do with strong sun v. shade, but the indoor photo of Belle turned out as nice as any photo taken on the Maemo 5 side of the Nokia N900.
