Continuing this week's microscale theme, I also built a micro Razor Crest.
While the shaping isn't perfect, I think it turned out pretty good, and I even managed to make the ramp functional.
The ship has split in two and has almost completely sunk. The rescue team has arrived to pick up the survivors from the lifeboats.
I picked up a book about architects while I was in New York City last September and Philip Johnson was one of the architects mentioned. I'm currently of the opinion this is more of a proof of concept than a final model. Maybe it would work better at minifig scale.
This is just a little tanker I whipped up to toy with some microscale stuff. It's generally used to ferry drinking water to barren worlds.
Originally I was planning on doing four engines: two on top of the tanks and two below, with fins all along the sides. It ended looking a little funky, so I opted for this. The added bonus: I didn't have to scrounge up another boatload of 2x2 round grey bricks. :)

My first build in quite sometime. A microscale space transport robot. I envision 100's of these guys lugging fuel tanks and cargo at some kind of spaceport

This one went through several variations as acquired various pieces in different colors. It also needs a better stand.
Day 4 of RebelLUG's Vignweek contest from 2024. The theme was "Microscale Set" which means, I quote "Revamp a LEGO set or sets in micro scale"
The Boutique Hotel (10297-1), one of my favorite set ever, it's just looking amazing, so naturally I decided to make it smaller, 2 time smaller by the way. It turns out it was way more complicated than expected because of the architecture, I could have seen it come but overwall, very fun to make.
Because of the time limit and the architecture, I wasn't able to make an interior but the first floor was windows not covered. Oh and the back isn't made (surprisingly x) )

This began as an attempt to make a figscale car, but ended up turning into a microscale whatchamacallit.

I started out by picking a color that I knew nobody else was using--yellow. Then I decided that black works better than gray with yellow. And *then* I decided that meant I was doing a Blacktron force. At which point I knew I had to build something based on the Message Intercept Base for my station. I realized part way through that it was gonna turn out *way* too big to use for my Mechaton station, but I was having too much fun to stop.
