Based on Lloyd's Golden Mech from the LEGO Ninjago set "Temple of Light".

As a child, I always figured LEGO gave us the Classic Space wing plates so that we could build Star Destroyers, though I never actually tried it until the 1990s.

This is a version I built in 2003 (with help from Nik Johnson).

Of course, then I needed a tiny Blockade Runner for it to chase. It's not to the same scale as the Star Destroyer, but it's pretty small. It was probably my first real microscale MOC.

Here you can see the rail tunnels, Young & Jacksons (no Chloe inside) St Pauls , Flinders st station, and the jumbo screen at federation square

A 1:125 scale ship. It has a full interior as always. Though there is space for the bed and toilet I don't have the pieces for them. This is also why the ship is blue not grey.

The landing gear retracts though not very well. there is also a engine room added from the cross section of the ship. It is removable to access the lower cargo hold.

The lower hatch is also there but it is kept closed to keep the 3 stud wide part of the ship and the 4 stud wide part of the ship together.

Ok last one till next month (maybe) I decided to add some fangs to the forward prongs and some fire (maybe venom?) dropping out. Some blades on the back for additional post-thuster stability control.

... and this one hasn't made the cut either ...

Maybe a bit more than a flesh wound.

Like Terran countries, many planets under human control have well-established colonies that serve as economic and political centers for the world on which they are built. A fine example of one such colony is the towering capital of Longomontanus II, fourth planet from the star 'Cassini'. Colonized in 2319 by a group of Denmark-and-Sweden-born farmers and ecologists, Longomontanus's capital, New Stockholm (The Swedes got to name the capital, since Denmark had already named the planet after a late sixteenth-century Danish astronomer) is the home of one the largest greenhouses ever built, large enough to not only grow crops, but also raise livestock such as goats, pigs, sheep, ducks, geese, chickens, and even tilapia thanks to the planet's nutrient-rich soil. Not suprisingly, New Stockholm is also home to to one of mankind's largest farmer's markets.

This is the first of several rural micropolis modules I am working on. A quaint little farmhouse and barn. With cows/sheep!

A little shuttle I made with some blue and gray and quickly changed the wind screen to trans yellow to get as close as I can to the classic space color palette.

Huge Mecha I have been working on for a few months now, trying to get some better shots and sort the scene. Have been busy with my 10 day old daughter etc.

Hopefully load some close ups and some better quality images soon. Let me know your thoughts?

My first attempt at microscale. See if you can guess which Lego set this is modelled on.

After an increase in conflicts of the Tolsat Mining Regions, The Kaanan Confederacy put into production a light-combat capable vessel to give them ready access to the surrounding marshland. The original purpose was to establish patrol within the region in order to survey the Tolsat Mining sites to establish windows of opportunity to gather resources.

The Ledger is one of the Wun’Tux’s main landing ship; it is a lumbering beast, armoured and unarmed and able to unload troops and armour planetside even under fire. The vessel can coordinate assaults, too, with a relatively complex communications and sensor suite. They are high value targets for destruction, especially before they land troops.

The police HQ, unlike The Rockaway, was not based on a real building. It was based on what was abundant in the Pick-A-Brick wall. ;-)

This was pretty much the quickest project ever. From reading about the contest to uploading on flickr in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Hooah!
