I am still somewhat flummoxed by the work going on in here. Seems to me that this is too high if they are just working on a regular sign. I wonder what they are up to.

Taken at Flamingo Park in Miami Beach. The birds were facing each other as I approached and took one shot. At the faint click of my camera they both looked at me and then flew off, but not before I got this second shot. Notice the turquoise color of the fence?
