Thanks for the memories....the world famous 5th Street Gym, Miami Beach,Florida. I spent a lot of time there cutting my photographic teeth. Got to work for a couple of boxing magazines and eventually for Muhammad Ali Professional Sports. This place was great...what characters...like Moe Fleisher, Hank Kaplan, Alexis Arguello ,Beau Jack, Kid Gavilan, Luis Rodriquez , the Dundee brothers. Then they knocked it down. I just heard they reopened it again.....but it will never be the same.

Tomorrow is travel day. It's been great being here for my mom, and I'm gratified that's she's doing so well. Now I've got to get back home for awhile, but I've promised my mom I'll come back soon. In the meantime, I have lots more Miami Beach photos to share.
