Now this is something you would NEVER see out in service on the 434. But when I got the opportunity to change the blinds on Metrobus's Enviro200 SE167 (YX61EKF), this was an opportunity too good to miss. Here's SE167 blinded for the 434 to Coulsdon Ridgemount Avenue. Unlike SE169, this bus has a working side and rear blind

One of the new hydrogen double decker buses on its first day in service with Metrobus is seen here at Sutton wearing the new livery now being introduced.
Seen in Metrobus Croydon Garage whilst on spreadover duties on route 293, a rare working for this bus. Zoom in to the right, and you can just about see OmniCity double deck 957 (YP58UFV) blinded for route 434 at the rear! Believe it is the only double decker to have route 434 blinds.

An old picture I had lying around from May 2014 but never got round to uploading, as I wasn't really in to Flickr back then ;) .
A throwback to the days of route T32 and Metrobus Dennis Dart SLF/Plaxton Pointer MPD 286 (SN03YCK) is seen at Addington Village Interchange on route T32. The route was withdrawn in October 2015 and this bus was withdrawn in April 2016, following the loss of route 367, and disappeared without a trace, indicating that it had been sadly sold for scrap

The one that got away. Metrobus MAN 14.240/ADL Enviro 200 707 (YX58DXC) is seen in Bromley Town Centre on route 126. Following the loss of route 130 last year whilst 706 and 708 were withdrawn and sold on, 707 escaped to Orpington and is still in use as a spare on route 126

Another bus you would never see on route 434. There is absolutely no chance of it being able to fit! Metrobus Scania OmniCity 564 (YN08OAW) is seen in Croydon Garage blinded for route 434. I was suprised to see the 434 on the blind selection settings, as when changing the blind on 567 last time, I did not spot it on the system. But it turns out these buses have the same blinds as the 434's E200's 189-192. Unfortunately, the front number blind had been deactivated so was stuck on route 293, the rest of the blinds worked!
