Ten new MCW Metrobus DR102/42 arrived in the Maidstone & District fleet during 1984. They joined five earlier examples acquired new in 1980. In this October 1985 view 5207 (A207 OKJ) leaves the Pentagon Bus Station in Chatham working a 185 to Davis Estate.

LOA428X a metrobus which has lived out its days quietly in north-east wales for many years. Another remarkable survivor from an era when there were hundreds, now down to a handful. This one moved on in 2021 but is still extremely fit and able. It has operated with North Western on loan as well as obviously Birmingham in its many years.
