Spheres of Influence.

If you don't get it, take a longer look

I liked this photo, although I wanted to really post an actual stained glass photo, but none of them came out too well. What I like about stained glass, is that it is always constant, and very permanent and was originally made by someone that had a specific vision. What the viewer perceives, however can change, especially depending on that individual's experience at the moment. I work at a church as an organist, and while waiting during services to play, I always sit in the rear sacresty staring at this one stained-glass window, and I always look at it differently.

Education is the same in that the principles and foundation of education remain solid and were built by pioneers and artisans. What changes is not education itself, but over time how the learner perceives the world it views, based on what the learner experiences and makes new observations and connections.
