The Isom Asemic Code Cipher is a cryptogram code system. This form of cipher embodies geometric and organic shapes. Because it use basic shapes it is an economical and effective method of transmitting confidential information. These devices were often employed by the ancients or by the Medieval philosophers and alchemists. The mystics of the Middle Ages used a system of cryptography which concealed the secrets of the human soul. The Isom Asemic Code Cipher can only be decoded by individuals versed in the deep philosophic principles upon which many mystics based their theories of life. Much information relating to the invisible nature of man is hidden under what seems to be mere scribbles and unrecognizable organic shapes. Every student of symbolism and philosophy should be acquainted with the underlying principles of cryptography. This art furnishes a fascinating method of developing an acute mental awareness. Discrimination and observation are indispensable to the person seeking knowledge, and no study is equal to cryptography as a means of invigorating these powers.

i loved this. i was walking past the bombed out church at night and saw this adv as i was rounding the corner. i thought it was a great metaphor for the city, in which i saw a large comsumer atmosphere. the adv actually says "wanted" for wrangler clothes.

The 'canvas' that I was using was a huge sheet of paper that was taped to a whiteboard in the teacher's conference room.

Waking up at 5:45AM to go for a new years day sunrise hike kinda puts special meaning to every little thing along the way. But about half way up, sweating, feeling nauseous and fatigued, I had to stop and laugh and tell myself, "enough with the god damn metaphors!"
But now that the hike is over I can look back at the entire experience and those metaphors, the good and the bad, and I realize that they are probably pretty close to what I might experience this coming year. And that's okay.
I try to live my life with eyes wide open taking in the good and the bad. And it's from this balanced perspective that allows me to see and accept the "bad" as a natural part of life and to recognize the "good" in even the smallest pleasures that come my way.
