This is an illustration I did for an article. The article I ended up picking was about Yue Yue, the 2-years old who was ran over by 2 different trucks and was ignored by 18 passer-byes.

What's more important, the destination or journey in learning? I believe the journey is more important than the destination because it's the journey that helps you learn and reach your destination. Once you reach your destination you should continue to look for new journeys and continue learning. Never settling on a destination.

Interestingly, UP kept the bridge when they replaced the searchlights with vaders, in what I believe is a perfect metaphor for modern American railroading- using new technology on aging infrastructure. 4/7/2018

Actually, I think this is a crow; however, "The Brandon Lee Metaphor" doesn't sound as good.

Okay, one more KT Christmas shot. This time showing off our 11th wedding anniversary bottle of wine, Dr. Strangelove style. That doesn't explain the Christmas bokeh lights (err, holiday cheer dots) in the background. Well, nothing really explains anything in this photo, but Petra wanted a shot to commemorate the day and we didn't do much else exciting. I went for a mtn bike ride with a friend in the morning, then we all went to the nearby playground to let the kids play. That was about it. Did I mention the 'rocket' is actually a bottle of "Red Army" Vodka?

The Isom Asemic Code Cipher is a cryptogram code system. This form of cipher embodies geometric and organic shapes. Because it use basic shapes it is an economical and effective method of transmitting confidential information. These devices were often employed by the ancients or by the Medieval philosophers and alchemists. The mystics of the Middle Ages used a system of cryptography which concealed the secrets of the human soul. The Isom Asemic Code Cipher can only be decoded by individuals versed in the deep philosophic principles upon which many mystics based their theories of life. Much information relating to the invisible nature of man is hidden under what seems to be mere scribbles and unrecognizable organic shapes. Every student of symbolism and philosophy should be acquainted with the underlying principles of cryptography. This art furnishes a fascinating method of developing an acute mental awareness. Discrimination and observation are indispensable to the person seeking knowledge, and no study is equal to cryptography as a means of invigorating these powers.
