SDSB Welcomes the batch of MBA 2019 to #LUMS community. The newcomers went through the official Summer Orientation Week starting 15th August. During the two weeks, the students met with the Vice Chancellor Dr. Sohail Naqvi, Dean SDSB Dr. Jawad Syed, successful Alumni from various walks of life, and the faculty of the business school. On the whole this activity is deemed as team-building and getting the students to acquaint with the business-school lifestyle. During the SOP, the MBA students are acquainted with different business school curriculum including (but not limited to) Micro-Enterprises, Computers in Management, Financial Accounting and Business Mathematics. There's special emphasis on the Case Method of teaching and Interpersonal Skills. The events include checking out the facilities and various resources for the students, social events including a musical evening, food street and games for the students. The SOP was organised with the help of all service departments at SDSB and LUMS.

Coal-rich soil and light-colored rock make it easy to leave names and messages for fellow travelers.
