The occupy wall street movement is a peaceful movement started in NYC to protest against the wall street companies that are according to the protestors the reason for all the economic troubles in the United States. The protests have carried on for over a month and the people are still strong. They brave the fall cold and extreme weather conditions to protest.

A week or so ago I noticed people had been writing messages on the pavement outside the holding area of the San Mateo County Jail.
A message on the wall: Safe drinking water supplied to the people of Himmafushi. It's for drinking. I mean the 'cooking water'. No pun intended!
