They have great looking menus up on their walls, but they don't actually tell you anything. Turns out, if you want to find out what's actually on their sandwiches (which is pretty important, as they're all quite different), you have to read the menu outside.

purtroppo i cucculli non sono venuti come avrei voluto..anzi..erano proprio immangiabili :)

Il nostro ristorante è riconosciuto dall’Associazione Italiana Celiachia già dal 1998.
La cucina, sempre attiva e alla ricerca di nuove tecniche di preparazione fa si che i nostri piatti e le nostre pizze senza glutine sono ormai una filosofia, creati e preparati tutti in casa nel rispetto delle norme igieniche e sanitarie forniteci dall’Associazione Italiana Celiachia che periodicamente controlla la nostra lavorazione.

4/24/2007 - We posted this weeks lunch menu on our refrigerator's white board so we wouldn't have to think about what we wanted for lunch. Today was chicken wraps. Mmmm.

They've been in Glendale since 1937. Recently purchased by new owners, but things seem to have stayed pretty much the same. They've added appetizers and desserts to the old menu. The new owner has been a patron of this eating establishment since he was a little boy.
