a couple of days ago, I had the pleasure of meeting the beautiful Jeanne in London and spending a sunshine-y evening together, filled with taking lots of pictures and chatting away as we wandered around Highgate.
I took so very many pictures, polaroids and 35mm (which I'll get developed as soon as possible!), which I'm gradually scanning onto the computer and sorting through, so hopefully I'll be sharing even more from this magical evening very soon! I'm really pleased with them :) it was so lovely to take photos again with someone... it'd been too long! I hope you're all having a wonderful weekend, and are all happy and well ♥ love, Mari-ann xxx

Happy day to everyone!
I've always loved Jiminy Crickett. We were lucky enough to find him hiding from the rain at Animal Kingdom.
Paul Day's sculpture, the Meeting Place, aka the Lovers, at London's St Pancras Station. Taken with an Olympus 'micro four-thirds' camera fitted with a Samyang 7.5mm fisheye lens. Compare this to the 'de-fished' version! 15-A020685.ORF. Many thanks for views, comments and favourites.
As restrictions slowly get lifted I am definitely looking forward to meeting up with girlfriends for a drink once again preferably without logging onto NHS apps. This day here is a fond memory just before the Covid tsunami hit last year.

An outstanding Bay Area national park, part of the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. This incorporates the wild headlands north of the Golden Gate, windblown, natural areas with few tall trees and a rich history of military fortifications. From the brown hills to the open water--everything. Many fascinating places to see and to hike here. Managed by the National Park Service.
