Auroville es una población ubicada a diez kilómetros del municipio de Pondichery, en el estado de Tamil Nadu (India).
La denominación Auroville refiere tanto al místico hindú Sri Aurobindo como a ‘Ciudad de la Aurora’ (en francés, ya que Pondichery fue durante siglos una colonia francesa).
La pequeña ciudad ha sido fundada según las visiones de Mirra Alfassa, más conocida como La Madre, quien fuera compañera de Aurobindo. En efecto, ella organizó a los seguidores del místico en el «Sri Aurobindo Áshram en Pondichery».

God is this present Truth, this Consciousness in you, this Guru present in you, and this only exists in one thing: in surrender! When there is surrender, there is this Presence, this Consciousness, and the whole thing is there! This surrender to your Being is God, it is the Guru. So, God, the Guru, the Being and You are just one thing! Bow down before this Being, this Presence! Love that Being - your Real Being! When I talk about this Being, I am not talking about the ego, about "me". There is something of which, perhaps, you have not become aware yet, and this "something" is the absolute Reality, of which we have talked so much. Awakening is that, it is this Awareness conscious of itself, immutable, quiet, understanding, peace, this freedom ofwatching what is manifested, knowing it is like that and it can not be any otherway. Attention is this careful observation, patient, dedicated, which makes you observe all this external and internal movement without losing yourself in it. I see you getting lost in what the eyes are seeing, and when you lose yourself, you identify yourself with the story that the brain tells. The brain always tells a story about what it hears about what it sees. Serge's grave is all clean, full of fresh flowers and plants.
When I came two weeks ago, I was sure that Serge's family would bring change to the grave.
This grave is one of the most respected. People like to medidate on it, to put tributes as drawings, flowers, tickets of metro, poems....
Kate Barry is not far from him now.

During the day, notice how many times the mind is saying things inside your head? Meditation is the art of not confusing yourself with the mind, no matter what it says. Whatever the mind is saying, it is an illusion and it does not work. This has nothing to do with you; there is no thought that you can call yours, unique or functional. Thought, the way it manifests in this mechanism, in what you understand as being "you", which is the body and mind, it's just a parasite. A kind of false identity, attached to the body and mind, saying things ~Master Gualberto⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Durante o dia, observem, quantas vezes a mente está dizendo coisas aí dentro da sua cabeça? There is only Happiness when there is the end of this illusion - the illusion of finding Happiness in materialism or spiritualism. Happiness is the Nature of Truth, is when there is no search - nor the search for the end of suffering nor the pursuit of happiness. This is the very veil that covers this Truth from the absence of suffering, the Real Happiness. They teach us that we should help each other, love each other, serve each other. But I tell you: you cannot serve, love and help each other, because there is no "other" - there is only you, everywhere. You cannot love your neighbor, it does not exist! You are there, everywhere, and you cannot stop loving What You Are. You cannot stop serving What You Are, and helping What You Are. The hand does not refuses to take food to the mouth. Auroville es una población ubicada a diez kilómetros del municipio de Pondichery, en el estado de Tamil Nadu (India).
La denominación Auroville refiere tanto al místico hindú Sri Aurobindo como a ‘Ciudad de la Aurora’ (en francés, ya que Pondichery fue durante siglos una colonia francesa).
La pequeña ciudad ha sido fundada según las visiones de Mirra Alfassa, más conocida como La Madre, quien fuera compañera de Aurobindo. En efecto, ella organizó a los seguidores del místico en el «Sri Aurobindo Áshram en Pondichery».

The feeling is real, but what the mind will do with this feeling is another story. It is real for that moment and for that situation, but, ultimately, it is not real. It is only an appearance, too; a physiological, biological, neural appearance. Only the illusion of the mind, the illusion of the thought, in an illusory and artificial movement, has been disquieting us. Our agitation is not like a dance, but a seizure, a disorderly attack from the illusion created by the thought of being "someone" in motion, doing something; the sense of an author behind the actions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Nada se move e, no entanto, nada é estático.
