More of my series from May 29 as I wandered first up toward Bird Creek Meadow, and then onto forest road 23 and 88, and finding snow within 10 miles of Trout Lake, Washington in all upwards directions. I am filling up the set, and it will be a fun slideshow later!

Maybe Next Time ~ A follow up to yesterday's post, the Bald Eagle did not catch the fish this time. At least I got some sun on the bird's head in this photo and I love the big splash behind it and the powerful wing position. My father and I watched about 5 fishing attempts from at least 3 different eagles on this morning and not one of them were successful, it was a bit surprising.
