The Fall has been going in one form or another since 1976. Sadly, for me, they didn't do their cover of the Kinks' Victoria which I absolutely love to bits. Never mind, still good to see.

My first bike. I learned to ride on that bike. It was stolen.

tdc marks on a suzuki dt2 outboard - circa 1983. The first aligned to the notch in the casing is tdc - the others I presume are 1 and 2 deg before. Strangely - the notch is facing away from the piston at 180 deg - which is not really exactly sensible to my mind - but it is japanese !

The bit of paper in the points serves to check when they open if you pull on it.

edit - checking the exact tdc with a dial gauge - these marks represent 5 - 10 and 15 deg before tdc - aligned to the notch top left, That figures - actual tdc is an imaginary line to the left of the three !
