This is the first maple tree we have grown. I had no idea how incredibly beautiful they were...Hubby's shirt gave it a cool color in background!! heehee

...and I want to apologize for not being here today. We had alot of winterizing to do around here..I don't know why. I dont think the cool weather is ever going to arrive! See you tomorrow sweet friends!!

A lone maple tree was found in an urban green space in White Rock BC mostly comprised of evergreens.

it won't be here long

This tree stands at the end of the driveway and is pretty old. Most of its leaves are gone now.Spent the afternoon raking up 3 barrels and 6 Home Depot bags of leaves. And that's just from the driveway and walkways. But a good day to be out!

Unmanipulated apart from the crop which is unusual for me but I like it just like this.

A young maple tree sapling producing gorgeous colourful red and green buds by the roadside.

My Japanese maple has very well since planting it three years ago. I caught it this day with the sun coming through the leaves.
