The basic route. Ended up being 1111 miles. I also went to Wick for some Old Pulteney and to John O'Groats for a cheeky day trip to Orkney.
The route in 5 days, sometimes we made detours so we came to 500 km. We slept in Oostwoud, Workum, Baars, Elburg and Amsterdam. Very nice trip!
While looking for directions to Broxburn Academy for this weekend, I appear to have stumbled on to this.

Displacement maps are psd files with a texture. The light and dark values are used to modify text or images so that they appear to be embedded in the texture. The filter to modify the text is Distort>displace. The displacement map has to be the same size as the file being modified and it has to be a psd file (not jpg).

It is obviously affecting traffic for I-695, a major route for not only the Baltimore area, but for commercial traffic along the East Coast.

the red square is where I'd go for good photos if you're general admission. you see turn 8, 9 and 10...they're slow enough to take decent photos. turn 6 terrance is also good for photos if you purchase reserved seating. corner 10 terrance looks pretty good too, but I didn't wander over there myself.
The Auger Observatory is a "hybrid detector," employing two independent methods for detecting high-energy cosmic rays. One technique detects high energy particles through their interaction with water placed in surface detector tanks. The other technique tracks the development of air showers by observing ultraviolet light emitted high in the Earth's atmosphere.
It is placed at Pampa Amarilla, near the city of Malargüe in the province of Mendoza, Argentina. Total area: 3000 Km².
