Solo Exhition

Canberra Contemporary Art Space, Manuka

native to New Zealand and Australia, Manuka is famous for its honey with antibacterial and antifungal properties. Suprisingly enough, the honey is cheap in New Zealand and can be found in abundance in any supermarket and health store. In Australia Manuka honey is rather expensive and very rare.

Michael Pride was happy to be conferred his Australian citizenship at a ceremony staged during half-time of an AFL game at Manuka Oval, ACT. This year marks the 60th year of citizenship in Australia.

This is the barrier store at Minehead Station - which houses the spare barriers for level crossings. The manuka was donated by someone who felt it had outgrown his garden.
