Manta Ray by Michael Turner at Beaulieu Estate Sculpture Exhibition. The sculpture is made from stainless steel.
The manta ray is one of the most graceful creatures in the ocean. With its large wings and gentle movements, it is a sight to behold. If you love the ocean and want to bring a touch of its beauty into your home, this sculpture is the perfect way to do it.

Artist WyLAND; is a famous 'oceanic artist' in town.
You might have seen his great work on quality tee-shirts
throughout America + art + sculpture; all things oceanic.
Renowned marine life artist Wyland changed the way people think about our environment when he started painting life-size whales
on the sides of buildings in the 1980s. Wyland always thought big.
And he never stopped. Today, the Wyland name has become synonymous with the new generation of awareness about global environmental conservation. Through his unique marine life paintings, sculptures, and photography, Wyland has inspired a generation about the importance of marine life conservation.
He has two great galleries in Key West. Come and visit them.

Yes I know my feet need lotion on them! I also need to have my stars recolored, they've lost their pizzaz! I have had the manta ray on my foot for 15 years. I have the stars on my back on my shoulder blade and have had them for 11 years and plan to finally get them recolored and put something in the middle! I have one other tattoo, it's horrid though, it's a cover up that needs to be covered up! Created with fd's Flickr Toys.
Much has happened in the last three years: we’ve moved into a home on a safer side of the city, my oldest and her significant other are living in Kansas City, and my youngest recently turned 18 and graduated high school. … AND I hadn’t picked up a camera sans my phone in that time.
To make matters worse, my brain doesn’t function; that’s not hyperbole, I’ve had memory issues since a severe illness several years ago.
So, about a week and a half ago, we picked up some new hard drives, dug through my gear closest, and I starting shooting again. I’ve had to relearn some things… like, where my pointer finger goes… and how to process images—but, I’ve shot five or six times, and I’m making headway.
Yesterday, my wife, youngest, and I spent Memorial Day touring the Johnny Morris' Wonders of Wildlife | National Museum, located next to Bass Pro Shop in Springfield, Mo. It was a wonderful family outing and I brought the camera.
