Located on the island of Lolland, Denmark. Build in 1869.
From the early years the manor served as an artist's retreat and a cultural centre for literature and music. Hans Christian Andersen, Carl Nielsen and Edvard Grieg were frequent visitors.

The remains of Sheffield Manor include parts of the kitchens, long gallery, and the Grade II* listed Turret House (also called "Queen Mary's Tower"), which contains fine seventeenth-century ceilings.
