Customer service is not how they treat you before they get your money. That is sales. Customer service is how they treat you after they have your money, and you have a problem with their defective product. This is the second time this tripd has broken in a few months. I do not put it through rugged use. It is just poorly made. The first thing was easy for me to fix, but this one...

I have tried twice to reach them through their web site, and gotten no response. They know this tripod was an expensive piece of junk, and are not going to do anything for me.

The center bar can be extended vertically for more height or extended horizontally for overhead shots.

This was fun to set up. I have boxes and boxes of slides, negatives and prints. And yes I do have some film. It is ironic that this was captured with a digital camera.

Picked it up thinking it would be easy to work with for self-portraits. Doesn't do well when tilting froward and back and when tilting the camera to the side to take portraits it tends to reposition the head.That last part might be my own fault due to the weight. (battery grip+strobe)
