Jussi TwoSeven's artistic roots originate from the 90's graffiti culture, which was a big part of his teenhood. The influences of that period of his life can be seen in the On & Off the Wall -exhibition, which is a collection of big street art inspired paintings. These photorealistic stencil works are a playful mix of painting and photographicness.

The paintings of the exhibition portray the city from a street artist's point of view with a ruff, but stylized way.

Jussi TwoSeven paints his art on the spot to mdf-boards fixed on the walls of Make Your Mark Gallery. The finished artwork can be seen beginning from the exhibition opening on the 9th of September.

Prairieview students make their mark during Dot Day 2016

Prairieview students celebrated Dot Day 2017 by creating a large spiral in the field behind the school. Students held up their painted rocks and shouted out "Make Your Mark" as a drone video taped their efforts. The rocks will be used as part of the new outdoor classroom.
