Næringsministeren pĂ¥ besøk hos Makerspace ved det Tekniske Universitetet i MĂ¼nchen. Makerspace er et kollektiv der grĂ¼ndere kan melde seg inn og fĂ¥ tilgang pĂ¥ utstyr/maskiner (alt fra 3D-printer og lasermaskiner til mer vanlige ting som dreiebenk, PC osv).
The Makerspace in the Center for Educational Technology is a place to make the digital world real. With a 3D printer, 3D scanner and a variety of software and hardware tools, it’s staffed by students who can assist with printing, or help you learn how to develop your own models and projects.

we have been using Google+ Hangouts for each Tuesday night meeting at the Makerspace to great results so far. In this photo, the face of Raster floats above our fearless leader.
On October 17th, the GATEways Outreach Program hosted their first Makerspace Workshop for the public. Our wonderful interns taught the public about the importance of sustainable water, compost, art, food, and energy practices through compost bin creation, leaf rubbing art, pumpkin decorating, and energy saving night lights.
