Today was the day of food bloggers (and others, I'm sure) swarming the stage after (and during!) the presentations. Even one of the presenters made fun of the phenomenon.

On the overhead screen, Chef Scabin demonstrates a "Pangea" of fusion soups made to represent various continental masses.
