A lot of people, who don't know Almere, call it a "gray and ugly city filled with concrete". They don't see the beautiful parts of the town. As on these pictures on a spring evening.
Magic light. This is what we call it in my household, when, at around 4pm, the afternoon sun bounces off the living room window and turns it into one enormous reflector, and bathes the patio in a soft but vibrantly detailed light.
This is a new magic light departure for me, as it's the first time I've backlit my subject with the sun as well...
